Acted as attorney in primarily complex business situations, starting as corporate attorney, then litigation, and finally bankruptcy practices. Regularly led teams of other lawyers and consultants representing clients in litigation or debtor bankruptcy matters, including significant cases for MatlinPatterson and others on a contingency basis.

Mark Andrews is a lawyer with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of debt restructuring, acquisition and sale of companies in distress and has advised banks, borrowers, and others of their options and designed strategies for his clients to navigate the complexities of chapter 11 as well as out of court restructurings. Before joining Trinity, Mark was head of the bankruptcy section for an Amlaw 200 firm, and held various management positions as well. During his career Mark has worked in private firms based in Dallas but has assisted businesses in New York, Delaware, Chicago, New Orleans as well as all bankruptcy courts in Texas and adjoining states. Representative clients included Bank One, JP Morgan Chase, Comerica, the FDIC, Henry TAW, Hunt Oil as well as private investors both in and outside of the United States.
